Upazila Nirbahi Officer, Gurdaspur report said that during the investigation of Chapila Union chairman, member, journalist and in-situ investigation, it is known that the repair of tubewell was repaired by 1.5 (one and a half) inch radius pipes, 8/3/11 at 5:00 pm The sound from the tube-well was started and the fire was flowing at 2-2.5 feet. At present, there is a fence surrounding the security for the sake of security and police deployed on the spot.
