Special Achievement of Natore DC Office

Notable achievements of Natore District Administration

 

1. Under the supervision of former Deputy Commissioner, Mr. Mohammad Khalilur Rahman, the digital attendance system has been completed in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, and the activities of the digital record room system have been completed quickly.

2. Under the supervision of former Deputy Commissioner Mr. Mohammad Khalilur Rahman, Deputy Commissioner's Office has been brought under CC TV camera for security and monitoring.

3. All development activities of the district are displayed in front of the front panel of the Natore District with the big TV screen. And public welfare notice of government departments is circulated. Former Deputy Commissioner of Natore Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman established it.

4. The circuit house of Natore district has been brought under full Wi-Fi. This work was done by former Deputy Commissioner of Natore Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman.

5. A database has been created to collect information about expatriates of Natore district through expatriate welfare branch of the Deputy Commissioner's Office. This database provides the names of the union based expatriates, father / husband's name, standing address and the country that is located in 06 upazilas of Natore district - in the form of a link form in the pdf file under the expatriate welfare section. This database was prepared under the direct control of Natore District Commissioner Mohammad Mozibur Rahman.

6. A reception and information center has been set up at the entrance of the district administration building. Through this information center, necessary primary information is provided about the services of the Deputy Commissioner office according to the needs of the strangers. Natore former Deputy Commissioner SM Ehsan Kabir established this reception and information center.

7. A Scenic Garden "DC Park" has been created at the front of the Deputy Commissioner's Office. The park, built on the one hand, is spreading the decoration of the office premises while on the other hand, officials and employees are playing role as the main tool for the retirement of the strangers. Natore District Commissioner Md. Elias Hossain established this DC Park.
